Can't come to sign?
Choose one of two. Diana coordinates the purchase and you sign before the notary when you come. Or you give Diana a poder especial de compra (a special power of attorney to buy) at the Cuban consulate, and she signs for you.
The buyer already pays for the house and its taxes. That is why Diana’s fee is 2.5%, at signing, and what you pay in steps i, ii and iii is deducted from it.
